Interesting books related to SAFe or working with teams:

Agile Software Requirements: Lean Requirements Practices for Teams, Programs, and the Enterprise (Agile Software Development Series) It is the first book about SAFe, well written and gives a good basic understanding of SAFe.
SAFe 4.0 Distilled: Applying the Scaled Agile Framework for Lean Software and Systems Engineering A good book about SAFe 4.0 (almost the same as 4.5), it is very concentrated and I would not recomend it as the first Agile book to read; it gives a very good description of SAFe.
The Rollout: A Novel about Leadership and Building a Lean-Agile Enterprise with SAFeĀ® Written as a novel, it gives a good introduction to what it means to start using PI planning and SAFe, I would strongly recommend this book to anyone who consider to implement SAFe, and it is easy and fast to read.
The Five Dysfunctions of a Team: A Leadership Fable (J-B Lencioni Series) Written as a novel, gives a very good view on what it requires to get teams to work effectively together, the book is written for management teams, but I consider it at least as important for Scrum teams, without trust you will not get high performing teams!

Interesting books worth reading:

The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Covey, Stephen R. A well written book about working more effective and how to see the world, I often use the description about avoid working in the urgent zone when I communicate with teams and management.
The Lean Startup: How Constant Innovation Creates Radically Successful Businesses A book about building products and using the customers feedback in the process, the book have become cult today; the book gives good advice about avoiding building the entire product before you get feedback from the customer, instead build MVP and start using the feedback from the customers to pivot and create a better product!
Grit: Why passion and resilience are the secrets to success A book about why passion and effort is much more important than IQ and talent, I have personally always been using passion and effort when I have hired new employees.
